If booking is cancelled at least 28 days before the start of the camp, full refund will be given (excluding transaction fee).
If booking is cancelled within 27 to 14 days before the start of the camp, we will refund 50% of the booking cost.
No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the camp starts.
Camp places are non-transferrable. Bookings made are per fencer as an individual and cannot be split/shared with siblings. Separate bookings are required for siblings.
